Both teams had troubles getting enough players for this game. Our guests eventually even had one more (14) than us. Several of our players were on junior tournaments with their teams this weekend. Some players from our III-team who already played 90 minutes the evening before had to help out (thanks to the 1-day-karenssiaika-rule).

The game took place on the ravirata, as there was a pesäpallo tournament happening in our home stadium. It rained and was a bit chilly. Not the best conditions for a nice Saturday afternoon game. We counted 4 spectators, but one left again before half-time. The reason why he left was maybe, because it was an extremely one-sided game in the first half. After less than 30 minutes, we already led 5-0.

After the 5th goal we lowered our pace, didn't make more than necessary and our game got sloppy. It surely wasn't the most beautiful game to watch for the 3 remaining spectators. When we almost stopped playing altogether, Kobolt scored the 5-1 after 50 minutes. This woke us up again and within 6 minutes, the score was 8-1. Then we went to sleepy mode again, before Tapsa scored the 9-1 some minutes before the end.

Speaking about Tapsa: He scored 7 goals today! Respect!

Kobolt remained a fair opponent until the end and tried to score a second goal. Their corners were very dangerous, but aside from that, they didn't drink "scoring-water" before the game. Sorry for the dressing room complications. Hopefully you had a good trip back.
